Standard shipping is included in the displayed product price for a supported catalog route. Delivery estimates begin after payment clears and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking

A tracking number is normally issued after dispatch and may take up to 72 hours to become available. Carrier scans can remain unchanged between facilities. Use the Order tracking page or My Account with the order email.

Shipping guarantee levels

Where checkout supports a destination, the order terms must identify either a Full Guarantee or Limited Guarantee. The displayed level applies to verified loss or customs interception; it does not cover an incorrect address, refusal to cooperate with carrier/customs requirements, or unlawful ordering.

Full Guarantee

After PharmacySpark verifies a covered customs interception or loss, the order is resent at no additional product or standard-shipping charge. The original shipment plus up to two replacement attempts are covered. If all three verified attempts fail, the covered order amount is refunded.

Limited Guarantee

After a covered customs interception or loss is verified, the customer receives a discount code equal to 30% of the affected order amount for another attempt. This tier does not include a free replacement shipment or refund for either covered event.

To request a remedy, contact support with the order number and any available carrier or customs notice. Support confirms coverage and the next step in writing. Any 30% discount code states its expiry, eligible products, and single-use conditions when issued.

When a parcel is treated as lost

Carrier evidence is reviewed first. If tracking has not updated for one full calendar month, PharmacySpark may treat the parcel as lost even if the carrier has not issued a final declaration. Support may ask the customer to confirm the address and provide any carrier notice.

Customs and local rules

Customers must check the import, possession, prescription, and use rules that apply to them. Customs decisions are made by public authorities and cannot be controlled by PharmacySpark or a carrier.
