Catalog prices are displayed in US dollars. A payment method is available only when it appears inside checkout for the order, destination, and customer.
Cards and digital assets
The operating model supports major payment cards and selected cryptocurrency or digital-asset methods. Some card transactions may be completed through a payment partner that converts the card charge into a digital asset before settlement. When that applies, checkout identifies the provider and explains the redirect.
Cryptocurrency discount
When an eligible cryptocurrency method is available, a 15% discount is calculated in checkout before payment. The reduced total must be visible before funds are sent. A discount offered only in an unsolicited message or after checkout is not valid.
Identity verification
A card, exchange, or on-ramp provider may require KYC. The provider decides what is required and collects the information on its own secure service. PharmacySpark does not receive identity documents through the support form. Read Why KYC? before using a method that requests verification.
Payment safety
- Begin payment from the order’s checkout page.
- Confirm the currency, amount, provider name, destination domain, and HTTPS connection.
- Do not send money to an address copied from email or chat unless it is also displayed for the same order in checkout.
- Never share a card PIN, online-banking password, one-time code, wallet recovery phrase, or account password.
- If checkout returns without a clear status, check My Account or contact support before trying again.
Fees and exchange rates
The product total includes standard shipping for supported routes. A bank, card issuer, exchange, network, or wallet may charge its own fee or apply an exchange rate. Those third-party charges are outside the catalog price and should be shown by the provider before confirmation.
