Anti-fraud checklist

How to verify PharmacySpark

Check the website, payment provider, KYC flow, and order messages before sharing information or sending funds.

Scammers can imitate a store, copy product images, or send convincing payment messages. Use this checklist before entering credentials, completing KYC, or sending funds.

Verify the website

  • Open PharmacySpark from a saved bookmark or type the official address yourself.
  • Check the domain letter by letter. Lookalike characters, added words, or a different top-level domain can indicate a spoof.
  • Confirm the page uses HTTPS. A padlock protects the connection but does not by itself prove that a site is genuine.
  • Use the site’s own navigation to reach checkout, account, tracking, and support.

Verify a payment request

  • Pay only from the checkout attached to your order.
  • Match the amount, currency, provider, and destination domain with the checkout explanation.
  • Never share a card PIN, banking password, one-time code, wallet recovery phrase, account password, or remote-control access.
  • Do not send a second payment because of an unsolicited “failed payment” message. Check the order first.

Verify KYC

When verification is required, checkout should identify the payment provider before the redirect. Submit documents only on that provider’s verified HTTPS domain. PharmacySpark support will not ask you to attach an ID, selfie, or card image.

Verify messages about an order

Compare the order number and status with My Account. Treat unexpected address-change requests, replacement payment addresses, urgent secrecy, threats, and requests to move the conversation to another platform as warning signs.

If something looks wrong

Stop. Do not click more links or send more information. Save the sender, domain, wallet address, and screenshots, then use the PharmacySpark contact form opened from this site.
