These terms govern use of the PharmacySpark website and orders placed through it. They should be read with the Privacy, Shipping, Returns, and Payment pages. Effective 13 July 2026.
Eligibility and local law
You must have legal capacity to use the store and must comply with the import, possession, prescription, purchase, and use rules that apply to you and the delivery destination. A visible product or catalog route does not establish that an order is lawful for every person or place.
Product information
Product pages identify the labeled ingredient, strength, pack format, fulfillment route, label-verification note, and current price. PharmacySpark catalog artwork is an informational illustration rather than a representation of a specific package or batch; customers should verify the sealed product labeling supplied with the order. Product information is not a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt, not final acceptance. An order is accepted when payment and required checks are complete and fulfillment begins. PharmacySpark may reject or cancel an order that cannot lawfully or safely be fulfilled, contains an obvious pricing error, fails verification, appears fraudulent, or uses an unsupported destination. Any captured amount for a cancelled order will be handled through the applicable payment process.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars and include standard shipping for supported routes. The checkout total controls if a page and checkout differ. Banks, card issuers, exchanges, wallets, and networks may add their own fees or rates. Payment methods are valid only when displayed in checkout. An eligible cryptocurrency method receives a 15% discount only when the reduced total appears before payment.
KYC and fraud checks
A payment provider may require identity verification. The provider decides the requirements and handles submitted documents under its own terms. Do not send identity documents to PharmacySpark support. Orders may be delayed or cancelled when required verification is not completed.
Delivery and customs
Delivery ranges are estimates, not fixed arrival dates. Customs, carrier events, incorrect addresses, local restrictions, and events outside reasonable control can cause delays. The customer is responsible for accurate delivery details and local import requirements. The Full or Limited Guarantee shown for the destination defines the remedy for a verified covered loss or customs interception.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
A requested change or cancellation can be considered only before fulfillment. Medicines and sealed health products are not generally eligible for change-of-mind return after dispatch where safety, hygiene, anti-tampering, or law prevents resale. Wrong, damaged, incomplete, lost, or customs-intercepted orders are handled under the Returns and refunds policy and mandatory consumer law.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping login credentials secure. Notify support if an account or order appears to have been used without permission. PharmacySpark may restrict an account to prevent fraud or protect the store and customers.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape personal information, submit false orders, evade lawful controls, impersonate another person, or use content and trademarks without permission.
Intellectual property
The PharmacySpark name, capsule-and-lightning identity, original site design, and original copy are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product and manufacturer names remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, PharmacySpark is not responsible for indirect loss, misuse of a product, unlawful ordering, or delay caused by authorities, carriers, or events outside reasonable control. Any limitation is applied only as far as applicable law permits.
Changes and severability
Terms may be updated when store operations, providers, or law change. The terms shown when an order is accepted govern that order unless a mandatory rule requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible.
